An exhibition of 180 works from the Boijmans Van Beuningen Museum, in dialogue with MUDEC’s Permanent Collection, exploring the relationship between Surrealism and non-Western cultures.

Curated by Els Hoek and Alessandro Nigro, the show delves into key surrealist themes—dreams, the unconscious, desire, and alternative realities—through a rich mix of artworks, documents, and lesser-known voices.

The exhibition features 10 original video installations curated in collaboration with Storyville, offering an immersive, contemporary experience at the intersection of art and culture.
